Trustees employ long term approach to keep township roads in good shape. 

In an effort to extend the life of the roads in Franklin Township, the trustees, after much research, have employed a company to apply a chemical additive to roads paved 3 or more years ago.  

In addition to being a fraction of the cost of paving, this process should, hopefully, increase the time between repaving from 8 years to 12 years and have a long-term savings for the Township.
