| The Franklin Township Road Crew serves the Township and its residents throughout the year, including times of inclement weather, by diligently working to ensure residents' safety on all Township roads. The Road Department maintains all traffic signs and storm damage control. In addition, after storms, the Township provides tree branch removal and mulching; and, during the fall and spring, arrangements may be made with the road superintendent on an individual basis for debris-free branch removal and |  |
| mulching. The department evaluates all
requests for drainage and flooding problems throughout the Township, assures all traffic signs are maintained in a timely fashion, and are available 24 hours a day for emergencies.
